mom'z is operated by Shirin Fardi (registration Y0917450V, VAT ESY0917450V), Pl. Calvo Sotelo 4, 7, 03450 Alicante, Spain. Email: hello@momz.eu. When this policy says "we", it means this business.
When you send an inquiry or book a retreat, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, country and city, your due date, and anything you write in the message field. When you book, we also collect the details needed for the retreat itself, such as dietary needs and an emergency contact. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Our website uses cookies and similar tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, and Meta's Conversions API) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising.
We use your booking and inquiry details to answer you, to arrange your retreat, and to meet legal duties such as accounting. This rests on performance of a contract and legal obligation. We use analytics and advertising data based on your cookie consent. We send marketing email only if you signed up for it, and every email has an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time. We may use anonymised, aggregated information - never your name or story - to understand and improve the retreats.
We use trusted service providers to run the business: Webflow (website hosting), Stripe (payments), Calendly (call scheduling), Mailchimp (email), Copper (customer records), Zapier (connecting these tools), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement), and WhatsApp (group and direct messages, only when you join or write to us there). Some of these providers process data outside the EU; where they do, transfers rest on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Pregnancy details you share with us, such as your due date or anything you tell us about your pregnancy, are used only to run your retreat safely and are never shared for marketing. We ask for no more than the retreat needs.
Inquiry data that does not lead to a booking is kept up to two years, then deleted. Booking and invoice data is kept as long as Spanish tax law requires. Marketing consent lasts until you withdraw it.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Write to hello@momz.eu and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es) or to the authority in your own country.
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
This policy and any dispute about it are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep any protection your local law gives you.
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it. Meaningful changes will be announced on this page.
